What is Infratify?

Infratify is an online learning platform where anyone can learn and
upskill in IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity,
and other tech-related topics. Our mission is to make practical,
industry-relevant IT knowledge accessible to everyone.

How does Infratify work?

pace, and earn certificates upon completion.
●  Instructors can create and publish courses, share their
knowledge, and earn income.

Who can use Infratify?

Infratify is designed for IT professionals, students, freelancers,
and businesses looking to enhance their technical skills. Whether
you’re a beginner or an experienced engineer, you’ll find courses
that match your learning level.

For Students

How do I sign up?

You can create a free account at https://www.infratify.com with
your email address or using supported single sign-on options
(e.g., Google or Microsoft).

Are courses self-paced?

Yes. All courses on Infratify are on-demand, which means you can
learn at your own pace, anytime and anywhere.

Can I access courses after purchasing them?

Yes. Once you purchase a course, you’ll have lifetime access to
it (unless stated otherwise for special programs).

Do I need prior experience to take a course?

Not necessarily. Many courses are designed for beginners, and each
course clearly indicates its difficulty level — Beginner,
Intermediate, or Advanced.

Will I get a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. You will receive a digital certificate of completion for every
course you successfully finish. You can download it or share it on
LinkedIn and your resume.

Can I preview a course before buying?

Most courses offer a free preview so you can get a feel for the
content and instructor before enrolling.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, FPX, e-wallets, and other
secure online payment options depending on your location.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use secure third-party payment gateways, and
Infratify does not store your credit card details.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible courses,
provided you haven’t completed more than 30% of the course content.

For Instructors

How can I become an instructors?

You can apply to become an instructor by visiting
https://www.infratify.com/instructor. Once approved, you’ll gain
access to the instructor dashboard to create and publish courses.

How do instructors earn income?

Instructors earn a share of the course revenue every time a
student purchases their course. Payouts are processed monthly
via bank transfer or supported payment gateways.

What kind of courses can I publish?

We focus primarily on IT infrastructure, cloud, DevOps,
networking, cybersecurity, programming and other tech fields
— but we welcome any relevant, high-quality course.

Does Infratify help with course promotion?

Yes. We actively promote selected courses through our marketing
channels, email campaigns, and partner networks. Instructors can
also promote their own courses.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions
sent to your email.

Is my personal date safe?

Yes. We take data protection seriously and comply with PDPA
Malaysia and international privacy standards. All user data is
securely stored and encrypted.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. You can update your email address in your account settings.

Certificates & Learning Progress

How do I get my certificate?

Once you complete 100% of a course, the certificate will automatically
be generated and can be downloaded from your dashboard.

Can I retake a course or replay lessons?

Yes. You can rewatch any lesson as many times as you like after
enrolling.

Are Infratify certificates accredited?

While our certificates are not tied to formal universities, they
validate practical skills taught by real-world practitioners. Many
learners use them to enhance their resumes and LinkedIn profiles.

We’re working on it! For now, Infratify is fully optimized for mobile
browsers, and the official mobile app will be coming soon.
